Executive Board

Tanya graduated from the University of Witwatersrand with a BComm. Degree majoring in IT and Management Science and an Honors Degree in Business Information Systems.  She has been in the IT game for more than 15 years and began her working career in the banking sector during the leading edge branch automation wave, where she developed her passion for challenging the constraints of the now and understanding the strategic importance of leading edge big picture thinking.  She then moved on to start a consulting division for an international narrow band and radio frequency scanning company.

Tanya’s natural style is to find the win-win in all scenarios plus creating the continuous cycle of improvement by unlocking real business returns for clients, which lead her to the world of ERP.  Exposure to the world of ERP drew Tanya to Oracle Corporation where she consulted for 2 years before joining the NVision.  NVision was acquired by New Africa Technology Holdings and merged with 14 other companies and re-branded as IOCORE where Tanya was appointed to an Executive position running the Oracle division across the ERP Consulting, Custom Development, Business Intelligence and Database Administration line of businesses.

Tanya facilitated the sale of IOCORE to New Dawn Technologies and then started iFACTORY Consulting with Daniel Robus and Richard Bradshaw, who together invited Tony Forbes and Ray Smit to get on the bus and take a trip down the road that we now travel.

Tanya’s commitment to honest open communication is evident throughout iFACTORY.  A motto she carries with her, “if I can’t do the job, how can I ask someone else to do it”.  Her passion for developing and understanding people is the driving force behind the success of iFACTORY.  She has a keen interest in each person who joins the iFACTORY team and shares in their proud moments.  Her passion and inspiration filters to all who meet her.
When she’s not at iFACTORY, you will find Tanya exploring the outdoors, either mountain biking or roughing it in Bots. .
